No.
What's China's position on Syria?

China supports U.N. investigation in Syria, urges caution

China and Russia may not like US intervention in Syria but they didn't like Iraq either. Not much they can do as it wouldn't be worth going to war over. Not saying the US should or shouldn't intervene in Syria, just saying Syria doesn't have powerful allies who are willing to shed blood for them.

That everyone is terrified of them when they actually aren't.

The thing that bugs me, is that I keep hearing that the Syrian government is getting aid from Russia.
I also keep hearing that both sides are made up of groups not friendly to the US or it's allies.
Were it not for what I've been hearing about possible Russian involvement, I'd be of the opinion that the carnage in Syria is just an ugly fire, which, sadly, must be left alone to run it's course.
I think we should stay out of it.

Worst case scenario - US vs Syria and Russia... then Israel gets involved, so that attracts Iran... WW3.

Then the World waits to see where China stands.

If Russia wouldn't go to bat for Iraq why would they risk a war over Syria? Don't sweat it, man. Remember the Cold War? Stuff like this happened every week and we never had WWIII.

Plus, Lester 1/2 jr won't allow it.

I have decided that, with the exception of Israel, there are no good guys in that corner of the world.  The Assad regime has supported terrorists for decades.  The rebels include groups linked to Al Qaeda and other terrorist organizations.
If we arm the rebels, and Russia arms the Syrian government, maybe they will all kill each other!
