Especially if it's john Wayne gacey's...
Yikes. I would have to salt the earth at  that point.
yeah no.

According to some,  after his house was destroyed amd razed even grass didnct from there fr a while!

The knowledge of what took place in this spot may have tainted our feelings, but we found this area to be a creepy, claustrophobic little Chicago suburb.  Gacy's original house no longer exists.  It was destroyed during the search for bodies and was subsequently razed.  The property stood abandoned for years, even grass refused to grow there.  Eventually, someone bought the lot and built a house.  The address has been changed to throw off tourists with a morbid curiosity.   The video clip below is of an interview with Gacy before he began his killing spree.  It was from a local news show, whose producers were quite unaware of what was before their cameras.

Gave my cousin's teenage son advice today after hearing a girl is going to go out with him, saying, "Just make sure you're the crazy one in any relationship."

His mom poked her head around the door and said, "She knows what she's talking about, son!"

Definitely.

I have to go today, in a little while, shortly, soon, and meet this man and try to talk him into a year's contract instead of the three months he agreed to, and that leaves a chance he'll say I don't like being upsold past what we talked about doing, so forget it all.

If I pull it off, fireworks and rainbows, and if I don't, I don't know, I guess I don't, but sometimes I feel like a second lieutenant sent to take a red-shirt squad out to draw enemy fire, lol.

Someone offered to help me, someone who probably could get it done (he said just remember to always read a situation and be ready to change in any way at any second----OK that's real easy!), but then I'd be supplanted and it wouldn't be my achievement, or more likely impending failure, and I want that, so off I prepare to go over the top today toward the Hun trenches, hip-hurray, lads, for King and Country and our old school back in Kent.

Once it gets going it won't be so bad. I can do this....

This guy has every right to refuse to have more money taken from him by your business. If the agreement was 3 months and then yiu try to quadruple it,  he can say no.  I honestly don't  know what make businesses in america think they  can just arbitrarily change things on customers and the customers are just supposed to sheepishly go along with it.

Before the contract is inked you have every right to offer another deal, as long as you keep your word on the other one. Some people like saving money by buying long-term, so it's rude not to offer. (Believe me the reply I am posting is not the reply I originally wrote.)

Ok. As lohg as you  keep the original deal. That wasn't clear in the original.

I've been shafted by businesses enough to be dubious of their "offers".

So the guy took it,  hopefully that means what you  were  offering is good.

Why do I like pretzel rods over regular mini-pretzels?  They're both, theoretically, the same thing, right?

It could be a Freudian thing.

Why did I know someone was going to say that (or something similar)?

I was trying to be polite  about it.
