Watching the clip from Space Mutiny set me thinking about one of the defining characteristics of a true evil character: diabolical laughter. For me, the absolute champion is and remains Count Zarth Arn.

Any challengers?

Though Vincent Price's laugh here is really good. Vincent Price always had a great evil laugh.
