Can anyone name this movie about bugs?

 No clue what movie this is. All I remember is a bunch of people running up a spiral drive way in a car parking building from bugs and lots of them. I was up one night on the weekend around 3 am in the mid 80s. Thanks

Sounds like Damnation Alley.  There was a scene in post-apocalyptic Las Vegas where Jan Michael Vincent and his female passenger were riding a motorcycle trying to escape a bunch of killer cockroaches.  I think there was a parking ramp involved, not 100% sure though.
