Most definitely Pauly Shore (I am glad that his ride is almost over.) Woody Allen as well. He was someone who in the 70's you had to like because you were supposed to. It was a masochistic peer pressure. Adam Sandler is hit or miss there is no middle. Some others...

Tom Green, I think he lay in the same dung heap with Pauly Shore. I pray for no re-birth.

Barbara Streisand, this is politics aside, she was another 1970's critically acclaimed irritation.

Kevin Costner, even in the movies with him that I like he still annoying.

Kevin Costner
Patrick Swayze
Demi Moore
Woody Allen
Barbara Streisand.

Most people mentioned so far, I actually like.  Pauly Shore, Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller, Steve Carrell, Jim Carrey, I like them all.   :buggedout:

Costner... used to hate him too, but he has redeemed himself, at least to me, with "Open Range" and "Mr. Brooks".

"Tin Cup", however, must be one of the worse movies of the 90s, and that's mostly thanks to Costner's overinflated ego. I'm surprised he took flak because of "Waterworld" and "The Postman", because this one is even worse, 135 minutes of neverending unnerving-ess and a tribute to a min character who is a complete jerk.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

I forgot about charlie sheen though some may disagree i find his acting skills to be non existent

Tom Green sucks too

I thouhgt pauly shore was dead? guess just wishful thinking

um tom cruise yeah he deserves to die there was no role in which he couldnt be replaced . I guess the last samurai was good

van dam sucks

stallone is horrible too ugh anyone remember demolition man

and i also dislike david spade

ANYOne el aggree that  STeven segal deserves to die !?

Zapranoth

Die?  Only on film I'd say..

I thought Demolition Man was pretty darned watchable.  Stallone's non-existent acting skills in that one were much offset by the ghastly humor.

And hey, Stallone was in.. what was that called, Cop Land?  That one was good.  And Stallone's gotta get a free pass for that inimitable way he roars "I ahrrrrm theee larrrrhw!" in Judge Dredd (even though that one mangles the comic pretty thoroughly).

I object somewhat to saying "die" and "hate" for the actors themselves, though.   You don't know Stallone, per se, so you can't really hate him.   You can sure hate his work... though with the people mentioned on this board, isn't he pretty small change?

Neville

"Judge Dredd"! One day I'll gather the courage to admit I enjoyed that one. Alright, it sucks, but I got a lot of kicks of Stallone's pairing with Rob Schneider.

Snivelly

Jessica Simpson, who I also despise as a "singer"....other than the obvious appeal to some men, can someone PLEASE tell me why she's famous?  Anyone?

Tom Cruise, who I feel is horridly overrated as an actor.

Steven Segal

Angelina Jolie, she might be pretty but she's way overrated too.

I agree.  I'm a little bit bothered by the language that gets used.  These people are entertainers.  If we don't like their performance, we don't pay $$ to see them.  It's really no more complicated than that.

Hate 'em?  They should die?  C'mon.

As I understand it, this site, and this forum's membership, is premised on liking that which others generally don't like.  To say we "hate" someone's acting in the same forum as claiming the entertaining virtues of BIKINI BLOOD BATH, MANKILLERS or SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS seems more than just a little bit funny to me.

Man, I wish I had a copy of TARANTULA around here....

For some reason that reminds of of something I heard once about taking all the homelss crazy people in NYC who walk around talking to themselves, and pairing them off so it looks like they are having a conversation.

I completely forgot, James Belushi. Can't stand him, the guy's not funny no matter how hard he tries. Although he doesn't even seem to try at all, anyway.

A big  from me for that Neville.  And can anybody tell me why "According To Jim" is popular?  It's everything that's bad about sitcoms.

It's even worse than "George Lopez", and that's saying something!

I wouldn't consider it 'popular' over here.  I think the reason it's still on is, it warrants enough viewers to not cancel it, but doesn't warrant enough viewers to make it a smash hit like Friends or Everybody Loves Raymond.
