In exactly one year, there will be a live action Zelda movie. This is not a April fools prank. Take in this information as you see fit. I will post the trailer when I get to a faster computer. *end transmission*

I've seen the trailer.  It looks really awful, like a sci-fi original movie with a slightly larger budget.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

I think Gannondorf looks awful, but I like how it seems to be based off of Ocorana of time and has music from it.
"I'm a man too, you know! I go pee-pee standing up!"

That's just an elaborate April Fool's joke.  There isn't an IMDB listing anywhere, and it has the IGN logo at the end with all of the credits (I'm pretty sure they don't produce movies).

This movie looks like a skull rating, that is if it exists.  It could be being made under an alternate title and that's why there's no IMDB post.
Barbeque sauce tastes good on EVERYTHING, even salad.

Yes, salad.

It turns out this thing is a hoax. Sure does seem like a high budget hoax....

I can't believe how much money must have gone into this just for a goof. That's annoying  At first it looked ok until I saw the date of release. But then I was in on it and showed my brother :bouncegiggle: He got the joke with more humility than I did, it seemed.
Kleel's rule is harsh :-B

First off, Yes its a hoax.  No way a Legend of Zelda movie could have gotten this far in production and nobody getting any information until the trailer is out.
Secondly, Gannondolf looks like Beast from the X-Men movies.

But hey-if it is real I'd stll go to see it.

Somebody mentioned it looked like a Sci-Fi original pictures movie with a bigger budget.  Maybe this could be the fallow up to Tin Man
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

HarlotBug3

The funny thing, is that this hoax might well be singled out as inspiration for a real attempt (which would likely have first rate backing and effects to match the millions of geeks who would line up for it).

I'd prefer a Castylvania or Metroid...or RAMPAGE!
"Do you have something against droppings?" "Well, no, I..." "Sure, everyone says that till they step in it."

KYGOTC

Yea, i know it turned out fake, but it had me goin'!

Somethings should not be done ... making a Zelda movie is one of them seeing how the cartoon was such a huge success. What next? "Tetris - The Movie" or maybe "PONG - The Ball Strikes Back"
Rarely is a game or cartoon/comic converted to a movie and it's any good. I'm really having trouble thinking of one.

Mortal Kombat?

It was ok ... I do not recall hearing and the Oscar goes to ... Mortal Kombat. It was on par with many of the other game to movie efforts, Doom, Resident Evil, Tomb Raider, etc.
