Blood Bath

I'm looking for a movie I think is called "Blood Bath". I'm kind of certain of this because I think it had a woman in a bath filled with blood on the cover.  Unfortunately I can't find any similar titles on imdb.

It would be I guess from the 70s or early 80s. It's a horror/comedy though mostly comedy. I can't really remember much more about it because  I haven't seen it in many many years. If anyone can help
