Violent Spanish (?) Film Scene With Guns

Ok, this one maybe a tough one because I think it was a foreign film.  I saw it on a foreign channel long ago and it was in Spanish (could have been dubbed for all I know).  Anyhow, the scene;

A guy behind a huge machine gun is yelling at a guy on the ground.  They seem to be in a spaghetti western-like setting.  The guy on the ground gets up slowly and starts to walk away.  The guy behind the machine gun taunts him some more.  The guy on the ground turns around and in slow motion, proceeds to blow the guy away behind the machine gun with two pistols.

I would love to know what this film was. The scene has stuck with me all these years.

do you remember if it was a gatling gun that was transported in a coffin? if so, that sounds like Django, 1966.

Thanx for the suggestions.  I am leaning towards Django but its been awhile since I've seen it.  I'll try to get it and post if it is.

It gets VERY violent. blood,gore,dismemberment,....it's one of the bloodiest westerms I've seen. But I seen it about -cripes-15 years ago....so details are vague. The ending is weird and  supernatrual. An unusual movie...I recommend it.(But I recommend a lot of what others look on as garbage...so beware!)

Don't think it's the first Django.  The end didn't have a machine gun.  Though, it may have been one of the unofficial sequels.

Could this be a Mexican Revolution film set in the 1900's-1920's period, rather than a traditional western set in the 1860's-1890's?

ToyMan

i just came across a trailer for the stranger & the gunfighter, and that happens to have a gatling gun in it, too. just a stab in the dark.

That one actually looks a bit familiar Toyman.  I'll have to check it out.  Either way it looks cool.
