from the late 70s or early 80s about a man who finds a magic bowl that transforms him into a magical warrior, god or wizard.

Come on, I know you've seen it.

We thought it was called "The Wizard" or something like that.

CRIPES! I KNOW THIS MOVIE-But I think instead of 'Wizards" the word 'Sorcerer' is in the title! I WILL find it! The Hunt is ON,baby! (insert determined smily emoticon here).
