"Rec", aka, "Quarentine" is a spanish movie that is a heluva lot like Cloverfeild but with zomdie demon posession stuff. It basicly starts off the same. Theres a lady being folowed arond by a carera man. They go to an apartment place to film thse firemen in action. They run nto this lady who is obviously having some issues, then she bites someone and all hell breaks loose. Its all your basic survival zombie movie after that. Ya got yer limper, yer jerk-off character, and a handful of others. Its interesting and it made me jump a few times, but it was too smilar to Cloverfeild, which i fear is going to become the new trend in horror movies.

REC was actually made well before Cloverfield.  I actually caught it the same day that I watched Cloverfield and it had been released overseas for quite some time before then.

I felt it was good.  The main character (I forget her name) was fantastic to look at, and the shooting style was very interesting.  I did feel that parts of it were too much like a "haunted house" with numerous 'boo scares' throughout.  That being said, the end was absolutely haunting.  There are images in the end of this film that will stay with me forever.

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

I didn't really understand the ending. What the heck was that thing? Sum sorta saggy-boobed anorexic bearded guy?
