There is a movie I remember watching when i was young either on USA Up All Night or HBO.  I was some movie where aliens would rape woman and knock them up.  The scene would cut to black sperm fertilizing an egg.  If anyone has seen this movie or heard of it let me know the title

That's not much to go on, but it could be one of the Breeders movies.

This is a real longshot: but in Incubus(1981) you got some demon(the devil?) raping women...
The thing is you don't see the demon for almost the entire movie (so it might seem like aliens) and you got some red/black seemen shots(microscope-type!) here and there. Hope it helps in some way!

Onother Possibility, could be The Terror Within 2
The series outline fits what you described, involing lizard men in the desert attacking scientists in an underground laboratory, & I specificly recall a scene in part 2 in which the scientists are running a simulation of the insemination process on a computer tha sounds kinda' like what you described

Thanks a lot everyone.  I wish I had more details about the movie.  It is just one of those movies I remember watching once and the one scene of the the impregnation is all I can picture.  I will check out the movies everyone mentioned and give an update if I find it.

You definitely need to check "The Terror Within" and "The Terror Within 2" as was suggested by LilCerberus.  What you described made me immediately think of those two films.  Then I noticed that LilCerberus already thought of them.

You should have mentioned it was a PA earlier.

The movie you are looking for for the above scene is THE TERROR WITHIN.

As for the "Aliens" you may be experiencing a bit of memory discombobulation.  If I had to guess I'd say the movies you're mixing up is TERROR WITHIN and either PROGENY or a movie like it.
