Like CHEEZEE I have entered both lists, which first informs me how inactive this board is, and secondly I am knocked for finding another poster's comment funny.  DAMN ME!!!  Brother Buzzard, this new arch-conservative, has deigned it fair to knock me simply for liking someone else's posting.  Well, I did not think Brother Buzzard's caption funny, so I knock Brother Buzzard.  You'll figure it out.     Yeh, gimme some material to work with.  Ratbastards.

BrotherBuzzard appeared 3 days after InYourRear was banned for 10 days.  BrotherBuzzard is also apparently "old friends" with 'Rear.   All information now readily available for board members; I appreciate the new karma system which provides a wealth of information about posters opinions.  It's crappy to be knocked because you like someone else's joke... but, that's the way it is.  That's like getting knocked repeatedly for not expressing an opinion.  Oh well, there is an old saying about being judged by the company you keep.

Thanks for your comments, Lester.  Without doubt you would be better informed than I am about political leanings of this board.  I just don't understand why I must be the target of the most virulent rightists and Bush supporters.

I don't know that, we've both been on here quite awhile, and I do believe you.  I consider you my friend, and admire you perhaps most of all on this board, though usually disagree with you (even about LOTR).  However, you're the one who slapped the label of "liberal" on me, and I despise labels, and it does not accurately describe me since, in fact, I admire John McCain more than any candidate I can remember in my own life, for one thing.  Though I'll not vote for him. 

Nonetheless Brother Buzzard has deemed it necessary to knock my karma a second time because of a private message to him, the contents of which I copy below.  I am in a karma war that is not of my making, but what can I do but let these turds grind me to hamburger?     You boys need to decide what type of board you want to participate on.  Free or mindlessly retaliatory.  CHEEZE, you can make all the jokes you want, but I know you better than that. 

A joke that isn't a joke isn't funny. A political jab disguised as a joke is the opposite of humor. A troll who goes egging on political hacks who tell anti-humorous "jokes" is even less funny.

I don't even know what your comments mean: "political jab," "political hacks."  I thought Akiratubo's remark was funny, but I also stated it was "absurd."  It was a joke.  So you're the arbiter of humor?  Why would a newbie be so eager to make enemies?  Give me a break.  You are simply doing the bidding of your master.
