I have. Three of them today for a study of ritual circumcision that a client is doing. My reaction ranged from "It's now painful to walk" to "I can't wear any undies" to "I have a sore point with that film" to "Those films are just the tip of the problem for me".

I recall when they took my son in for a circumcision asking if I wanted to watch.  After watching the actual birth I replied with, "Nope I've seen enough genital mutilation in the past few days."

Yes, salad.

Only of that boy scout in "Lair of the White Worm." And Trevor, I hope those that you watched, turned out better than his.

It's been about 28 years since I did this,  but does watching your own vasectomy count ?

Naw, all the ritual circumcision films I've watched lately have been TERRIBLE.  The Golden Age of the ritual circumcision movie occurred in the 1930s-1940s.  Back then the directors understood that what the audience would imagine was 10 times worse than anything they could show on screen.  You'd get a shot of the ritual knife, then a slow pan to the baby's crying face, then a long closeup on the grinning face of the mohel as he concentrated on his task.  Nowadays the directors go too far: it's nothing but gore and foreskin, foreskin and gore.

Naturally, no discussion of ritual circumcision on film would be complete without mention of the great Seymour Skinoff, who directed several films on the subject, including the critically acclaimed Bris and Brisket, The Foreskin Game, and It's Brit Milah Time.

If your tastes run more to the mainstream, there's always Mel Brooks.
