RIP...I've seen interviews with her and she always sounded like she had a great sense of humor.  She was  7' 7" tall.

Sandy Allen. Seen her featured on TV shows many times. I agree, she did seem like a nice lady.

Funny, I expected her to be older than 53. Just goes to show how hard pituitary gigantism is on a body.

Sorry to hear this.  In her many media appearances she always seem to be a genuinely warm, friendly person with a great sense of humor.

Yeah, I would have figured she was much older than this - her picture was always in the Guinness Book of Records back in the 70's.
