Yes, It's not a movie, but a song that I heard in a movie (trailer), so I figured I could ask my question here.
I was looking at a website called Trailer club 70, and saw a trailer for "Asylum of satan", and I was wondering what was the "funky" music that I heard throught the video.

According to the IMDB, William Girdler composed his own music for the film.  Good luck finding the soundtrack anywhere.
