At least, if you do see it with a date, try to avoid any remarks like 'the razor blade scene rocked', or quacking like a duck.

On the flip side of the coin, for the ladies, watching Venom with a guy and cheering for the snake, or screaming 'get a mouth full', in the basement scene with Oliver Reed is not highly recommended.

  When me and my wife were dating the 1st move I took her to was Return of the living dead 2 followed by The Serpent and the Rainbow about a week later.I find out later she hates zombie movie lol.
