Isn't it past time for a fresh clue or another screen cap?

The actor looks familiar.  But I can't place him.  How about a pic that's not interlaced?

I haven't seen it, but I narrowed it down by clues.  Once I got a glimpse of the boxcover for SLASHERS, I had a feeling that was a winner.

Here's mine: as usual, I suspect it will be easy (over/under 15 minutes on the correct guess).  I've been surprised before, though; I thought people would have guessed THE SKYDIVERS straight off.

"Beautiful Creatures"?

No, wait, that's my love of cats coming out.

Could it be Wickerman?

THE WICKER MAN it is!  (That picture was chosen for the soundtrack album cover).

You're up Cthulhu.

Me too.  I guess we both need to trust our gut instincts, huh?

That's likely from either WAR OF THE ROBOTS or STAR ODYSSEY.

OTOH that's been used in ALL of Alfonso Brescia's space opera's.  Viz:

So if I guessed wrong that only leaves one option (as it's not from the above movie) as there's only one other flick availble for capping on DVD.  And I'll leave that for someone else to guess.
