Just interrupting a second:

I'm sorry about the last post - I had a lousy day then and was just lashing out that I didn't get a chance to say "You're right!" to whoever it was who got the picture (it was Humanoid Woman - I just KNEW that last hint would give it dead away).

Anyway, I'm sorry about all the confusion and unfocused stupidity on my part - and Kester: keep that award for someone who deserves it - it sure wasn't me with my unsportsmanlike conduct.  I love youse guys - why should I act the way I do?  :bluesad:

Continue on.

Sorry to hear you had a bad day...

Is it from ATTACK OF THE ALPO-SCARFING SKUNKS (2002)?

Do I win?
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

That should be the weirdo zodiac monster from "Split Second."

You're irght!

I love the rookie cop guy in that movie going nuts over needing bigger guns.

Here is my new "Name that movie" image:

Just a guess...STEEL DAWN?

Close, but you got the brand of dog food wrong . . .

Upon further research, I see this was released by 'Goodtimes Video' under this that title for a 'Special Deluxe Director's Cut Digitally Remastered' version of nine copies.

The dog chewed up the tenth copy.  :bluesad:

FUN FACT: That skunk was rabid.
If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

Cherry 2000 ?

Good guesses, but not correct.

HINT:  This is NOT a post-apocalyptic movie.

Hmmmm...

I'm thinking something like a "bad" James Bond movie:

Never Too Young to Die (1986) ?

You have the actor pegged, but it is not "Cartel."

No to both.  Here is a third and final screenshot.  Yes, all three of these are from the same film:

I wish I knew more about trucks. Being able to determine the year of that one might be helpful.

So, uh, ACTION U.S.A.?
