Psycho Circus

Mr. DS

59.) Dick Tracy

Yes I know he was known more for the comic "strip" but he did have a comic book run in the 40s through the 60s.

"You think the honey badger cares?  It doesn't give a sh*t."  Randall

Psycho Circus

60) Nightcrawler

My favourite X-Men character. A mutant of German extraction, Nightcrawler possesses superhuman agility and the ability to teleport. His physical mutations include blue skin, three-toed and -fingered feet and hands, yellow eyes, and a prehensile tail. In Nightcrawler's earlier comic book appearances he is depicted as being a happy-go-lucky practical joker and teaser, and a fan of swashbuckling fiction. First appeared in 1975.

61.) Beast

Hank McCoy was introduced way back in 1963 as an original member of the X-Men.  Witty, smart and a doctor, Beast is one of my favorite X-mutants.  I feel he's a bit underrated, too.
"The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded Hell."

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.
It's where my demons hide, it's where my demons hide.

68) Doc Samson

First appeared in 1971, originally the length of his hair affected his power, just like the "Samson" of legend. Has almost the same powers as Hulk and The Abomination, but does not suffer from personality distortion.

The Joker

69) Captain Haddock

Tintin's avuncular friend. The captain is thoroughly lovable; hot-tempered, blustery, and sometimes rude, but, truly softhearted.

71.) Invisible Woman
72.) Human Torch
73.) The Thing
74.) Mr. Fantastic

Figure I'd lump them all into one bunch.
