Myspace Question

I have reluctantly given into joining Myspace after a 2 year absence  .

I have a problem though. I can't verify my email so that I can send messages and what not, because I'm not receiving the email to do so. I have turned my spam filters off and all that and re-sent the confirmation email, yet I'm still not getting it? Plus, I can't seem to find any FAQ part that explains this or anything that helps...And so I turn to the fine, upstanding folk here....

Simple possibility: was there a typo in your email address when you entered it in Myspace?  That would explain your not getting the confirmation email. I 've done that before.

Yeah, I've sorted it now. I had to change my email.
