Can I move real player files ?

I just downloaded real player (about 6 years after everyone else) and I want to move the clips into windows movie maker. But I don't know how to...
Help.

I clicked on the move files thing to transfer them into the my "download" file and I can get the clips from there and then import them into movie maker.

I did that ten mintues ago...

There's only 20 min's worth of stuff.

It's taking ages, is there a quicker way ?
