Hi! I have no memory....

Okay, when I was little I saw this movie twice, once at school at once at a friends house. It was one of those "good moral lessons for little kids" type deals. Anyway, these is this old ugly rich guy. And I mean ugly, he's like, a monster or something. He has a green scaley face. These was also a little girl,a dn I think he liked to hear her sing or play the piano or taught her to sing/play the piano (I'm pretty sure there was a piano.). And in the end, I think the towns folk kill him after someone falls off a bridge... or something like that. I am probably way off here. The only part I remember for sure was the ugly green scaley rich man. He had some kind of a curse I think, may have been broken when he died... or, yeah, whatever...

Hmmm.... all I can come up with is "No Such Thing." The only thing is that the monster in the film isn't particularly rich, is an a***ole, and sorta dies at the end.

It's not No Such Thing, although the monster did resemble the one from that movie, it's not the same one. I poken with some friends who remember the film, but, alas, no name, and no stronger memories...

You have no Idea how hard it was to find the answer to your question.... I Watched the film as a kid too, but I could not think of the name at all! I FINALLY found it and and pretty positive this is the movie you were talking about. but he doesn't teach her how to play, just to sing.... kind of a spin off of beauty and the beast and the phantom of the opera.

and now I am on my way to go oder the movie XDDD
