Basically a guy in Chicago in 1987 hacked into the signal of two tv stations, WGN and WTTW disguised as Max Headroom.  Nobody knows who he is.  Nothing overly offensive in the video, but he does pull his pants down slightly as someone smacks his butt with a fly swatter.   :question: :buggedout:

Starts out kinda clumsy in the first several seconds but gets better.  At the very least she's nice to look at (I'm going to pray she's not like, 14 or something).
