Ok. I watched it. Why was this banned? I don't understand... the whole point of the show was about murder no?

or... was it because Hugo really killed her? (too gruesome for TV at that time I guess?)

I don't know for sure, most likely it was a little gruesome for tv at the time, or maybe Hugo being.....challenged might have made the sponsors too uncomfortable.
