Stephen King usually didn't care for many adaptations of his novels, but then again it's the same with other authors. It can be hard for filmmakers to truly capture the vision that the creator of the source material had.

A short interview with "Weird Al."  Interestingly enough, he didn't have a "Top 10" single OR Album until 2006.  Some 23-some odd years after his debut album. :buggedout:

I can't argue with that.  I'd say though, King's books are soooo long though, that to do a true movie version it'd have to be 4 hours or so to really do them justice.  Not always.  There's been good King adaptions to film.
