I was watching a show on those eating contests and I guess it's actually very dangerous.  Really throws your metabolism into shutdown mode or something.

RIP although I'm surprised it wasn't a skinny Asian guy who won.  They seem to destroy the competition in hot dog eating contests.  I get an upset stomach from two pancakes.
