You can still watch "Terrorvision" on Netflix if you can't find a used VHS copy.

I own a solid widescreen HD transfer of Terrorvision on DVD-R. That should do until we get a DVD. If ever  :bluesad:

Thanks man. University has been hella hectic the last few weeks and that, but I am making time to get back on this forum. It's the first one I've enjoyed posting on in years, as you guys have some mad knowledge. And are nice people :)

I've been looking for Ken Russel's movie Whore but I can't find it anywhere.

Sometimes companies like Mill Creek will put out those 100 movies for $10 boxes out with duel sided disc that don't work half the time anyway.

Hmmm.  I have most of the Mill Creek 50 movie sets and also the 100 movie "Westerns" pack and I never had a problem with any movie not working.

Could be my cheap DVD player. I have alot of double sided DVD's that I have had trouble with. I'm not a fan of double sided disc. I'd rather have double the amount of one sided ones.

It's available on DVD, but not in the U.S.

The German DVD (with German audio only) contains the Letterboxed unrated director's cut but one scene (throat slit) is censored.
The Russian DVD (with English audio) contains a 16x9 widescreen print of the R-Rated version (but is missing 3 minutes of footage from the director's cut).
The OOP U.S. Laserdisc contains the unrated director's cut but is 4:3 full screen.

The Dungeonmaster

What's funny about this topic is that a few films I would have named just recently appeared on Netflix's instant view. Such as R.O.T.O.R. and Arena. They have found a way to worm into the new age but no, they will never make it to DVD, lol. And once Netflix's contracted run is up they will disappear back into obscurity.

I Was a Teenage Werewolf
I Was a Teenage Frankenstein
The Amazing Colossal Man

(all are I think owned by the Susan Hart, widow of the late James Nicholson, estate)

Some others I'd like to see:

Madhouse
Diary of a Madman
Master of the World
The Quatermass Xperiment
It Conquered the World

If you mean the Vincent Price MADHOUSE, I have it in an MGM VP box set---not sure if its available separately.

I believe QUATERMASS EXPERIMENT was released by A&E in 2005.

I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

I'm talking about the 50s film-- AKA: The Creeping Unknown. So far it's only got a Region 2 release as far as I know.

Didn't know Madhouse was released.

One I saw on tv back in the late 80s, called "The House That Cried Murder".  Not a bad flick IIRC.

I remember when this movie was released on VHS back in the 90's. It was released in R, unrated and NC-17 versions but if my memory serves me correctly, the NC-17 was the full uncut version and the unrated version was edited slightly for some strange reason.
