The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Hmm... interesting.  I never the saw the movie before and have just heard about it.  Is it any good?  Would you recommend it?

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

Pretty much a quintessential 80s horror-comedy if you like that :) . Outcast college kids named after horror icons, authority figure played by a prominent b-lister, aliens, zombies, chicks partying, scare-at-the-end, flamethrowers...

For the latest on the fifth installment in Don Coscarelli's Phantasm saga.

I would have to answer that question with a resounding Hell Yeah!

Night of the Creeps is one of the most quotable horror movies of the 80's.  Particularly about everything that Tom Atkins' character says is hilarious.

I felt that the movie Slither ripped off this one big time.

"Thrill me!"

I want it, but $17 + shipping is just too much.

Back before every movie did this.  It was amusing in Night of the Creeps, but man, newer movies have gotten ridiculous with that.

Tom Atkins is the best reason to see this.  He's incredible in it.  No joke, Oscar-level performance (if the Academy would ever give them for that kind of role).

This is Fred Dekker's other major film, he also did Monster Squad, if you're familiar with that one (which is also very entertaining).  I hope these DVDs of his films give him another shot at directing - yeah, Robocop 3 sucked, but that wasn't ALL his fault, was it?

Robocop 3 is not as bad as some say. :) Don't forget about HOUSE: One of the films that got me into b-horror!

I saw it in the theatres when I was 10 years old.  My main memory of it is being quite disappointed.  I saw it again recently, and it is watchable.  It's main problems are related to the decision to go for PG-13 and, most importantly, an awful script.  Dekker's direction is OK, for what it is - no director could have saved it.  Apparently Dekker worked on Frank Miller's script, and from what I gather, the original script was much better (later adapted into a comic).  But, I've heard the studio interfered on it.  So who knows?

I'd also agree on House being a quite entertaining film.
