That reminds me of the scene in Alien where the robot dude gets his head knocked off and starts flailing around.

Im sure theres a really good reason behind all that, but it would ruin that whole clip.

OMG RC, that was somethin.  A Hitler starfish in a bad kung fu flick, complete with an oddly Inframan-esque suit and superjumps with the little 'zap' noise.
