Here's a puzzler...a 70s musical British short film

Attending some feature film in the 70s...there was a British short film (the last gasp of "short subjects" with films) where the guy would sing the song, which I can still hear in my head: "What am I to do...I'm in LOVE with you!  Julieeeeee!"   I recall tweedy jackets and fashionable London scenes of the 70s, not mod 60s stuff.   

It's odd the cinematic things that stay with us!
