I read about this somewhere else and the article said they may use face-replacement technology to make the Turtles more expressive.




And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Count me in!  I've been a fan of the Ninja Turtles for a long time and I'd be more than happy to see another live action film.  As far as demand goes, the animated TMNT, while not very good, made $54 million in the US which isn't bad, especially considering its budget was $34 million.

I didn't realize what the "face replacement" tech was at first, sounds macabre, but I realized that's what they've done for Where the Wild Things Are.  The actors were in full costume but their faces were manipulated with CGI and it looks very good from what I saw in the trailer.
