A friend of mine is looking for this movie title and the only description he has of it was the cover. Sorry if this is the poorest description possible.

The cover was of this hooded figure (could possibly be a man) with a tear rolling down his face or it was a tattoo.

I need your help to find a title for this film it's bugging me and him. I don't have any other info to give.
