i caught an episode of this by chance last week. omg. i actually said that out loud. this show is pretty funny at times. what really got me is that this show uses everything, other shows, 80s cartoons, celebrities, you name it. i was just about to change the channel when i noticed that some of the charaters were from m.a.s.k, i was shocked. if you ask ten people ill bet at least 9 of them ever heard of that cartoon or those toys, even if they were kids around that time. i bought the season2 box set, so far i havent been disappointed. if you try to tell someone about this show it sounds very childish. stop motion? unicorns? barney? but the humor is very adult. its kind of schizophrenic but ithink its great for people who are nostalgic or have short attention spans.

Robot Chicken is very underrated.  I have the season 1 dvd sets, so far, and one of my favorite skits is a Transformers parody of the Public Service Announcement, where they have Optimus Prime go to the doctor, and he finds out he has Prostate Cancer.  Funny stuff.

Robot chicken kicked major ass. It's a real shame it got cancelled.  :bluesad:

I mentioned the Robot Chicken Star Wars special. Outstanding parody. Very funny stuff. Seth Green went waay, waay up in my book with this show. He's a genius.

I love that show, I didn't know it got canceled, that sucks. Sometimes it is just so wrong though, but, that's what I like about it. There's one where 'Rainbow Bright' comes home all drunk, farting and such, another where the Tooth Fairy visits a little girl and her parent's start fighting and kill one another in varying endings to the story. I especially liked one where Gargamel FINALLY catches some Smurfs. He cooks and prepares them and in the end, after all those years of trying to catch them, they apparently taste like crap.
Raw bacon is GREAT! It's like regular bacon, only faster, and it doesn't burn the roof of your mouth!

I would love to see that episode.  The favorite I have seen was when they were interviewing workers at Cobra headquarters.

I honestly don't see how it is very funny at all... It really isn't very good... I love "The Chaser's War on Everything". It is Australian, so don't be surprised you never heard of it.

I remember being very disappointed in this show, as it was the first new stop motion show in ages.  But, I only find about 1 in 10 sketches actually funny on the show (though, occasionally, one of these is quite funny, like the bit where Darth Vader calls Palpatine), and I've found a few of them miserably awful.  I'm reminded of the Calvin & Hobbes skit.

that's awesome.  one of the Sealab sets has bonus stuff of people working  the night shift at Sea Lab ordering pizza and stuff just pushing buttons and swimming around in there

It's kinda hit and miss, although I think it's funny.  The bad skits are, well, bad.  But they do come up with some skits that are just hilarious.  They had one skit where it was a Hogan's Heroes parody, but the camp was filled with wrestlers, and the 'good guys' were all the top 'babyface' wrestlers of the '80s, like Hulk Hogan, Hillbilly Jim and Macho Man.  The bad guys, obviously, were the bad guy wrestlers like Rowdy Roddy Piper.  Hogan and Piper were good enough to come in and even do their own voices.

I have all 3 seasons of Robot Chicken as well as the Star Wars special.  Being a girl, of course I loved the Rainbow Brite skit, and not to mention the Apocalypse Pony skit.

The Hogan's Heroes skit was hilarious.

Mr.  T wanting to "Fight some Foos!!!" with the Foo Fighters got me pretty good too.
