Hey, I remember this one! It was on one of those "World's Wildest Police Footage" type shoes years ago. Dude hijacked a tanks and just starting rolling down a street with, crushing cars and everything. They finally managed to stop he when he tried to cover a freeway and got stuck on a highway divider. He was attempting to break the tank loose by going back and forth when SWAT pried open the hatch and killed him with a single gunshot.
