f**king cool movie but what's the name?

two fugitive brothers who kill their parents take what at first look like a normal family as hostage...but it happens that the family is no normal, in fact they're psycho, incestuous and more dangerous that the two brothers and now they're f**ked. the plot look like from dusk till dawn but without the vampires.

i remember a few scenes:
*the older brother shot in a neighbor who was insisting at the door
*the younger brother f**k the family's daughter
*in some part of the movie the brothers use a skull-face painting and its a trademark of them
*in the end the daughter is killed by a swat team

i don't remember the name or the cast of this movie but i remember the front cover, and it's the two brother's faces, side by side, with skull face painting

Do you know the approximate date?  If you do a search on IMDB for keywords "hostage" "incest" etc and know the approximate date you might get it that way.  I did a search and there are many suggestions but a date would be handy.
