I don't know how I missed this amazing sci fi movie.  Maybe it's because the title is kind of bland so I didn't notice it or perhaps it was unavailable to be shown on television?  but I, unlike Andrew, was very very into it.  It has some of the hallmarks of 70's midnight movies,  animals on the loose/ disaster. horror type things , but at it's root it is a Twilight Zone, Ray Bradbury type science fiction story come to life.  Alot of sci fi movies are really jsut action or horror movies but here yuo will definately get a generous helping of SCIENCE.  lots of computers, scientific jabbering, beakers, knobs turning and frequencies...frequenting.    no extras on the DVD but the film looks great and isn't letterboxed which I don't personally like as I have a tiny tv.  highest possible recomendation.  One of the coolest movies ever.  The woman is beautiful too.  The director really knocked it out of the park all around. 5/5

Dull, boring, lifeless movie.  The ending is one of the worst of all time.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

The Burgomaster

This used to be on TV back in the 1970s and I saw it 2 or 3 times.  I bought the DVD about a month ago, but haven't opened it yet.
"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

RCMerchant

I saw it at the Strand Theater back in the 70's. I like it quite well. Pure sci-fi...and the photography is beautiful.
