Two Movies Here - I am trying to help a friend out.

First movie is a leprechaun based movie. Leprechaun is granting a poor English / Irish country girl wishes. She is warned not to ask a fourth wish but he tricks her into doing it and she loses everything. It is an older flick, he swears it is not Darby O'Gill and the Little People. I haven't seen that one in ages so I can't say for sure on that.


Second movie is a movie about assassins. There is one scene were a guy on a skateboard kills a rich guy. There is another scene were a crossbow either on a timer or set on a remote kills a guy who eats regularly at his favorite diner.

I'd appreciate any ideas on these. I am trying to help out a friend. You guys have come through for me before. Thanks in advance.
