Car chasing powerlines?

Hey, I have been trying to find the name of this movie for a while now. Only problem is I remember very lil about it. I remember there being a dinosaur in it that was half blown away. A car, (i think it as white. maybe a challenger or charger). the main part I remember was the car was chasing, or following power lines that had some kind of electrical charge in them. Might be something to do with time travel? thanks for any help.
