Man with fireworks was thinking Arby's

I just came across this story in which a Delaware man set off some fireworks inside a bathroom at an Arby's in Talleyville, Delaware.

Apparently the first clue employees and customers had that something was amiss was a loud bang coming from a bathroom.  Employees investigated and found a badly damaged toilet.  The suspect had already left in a brown pickup.

Question.  Did this man have one of those glowing Arby's hats going on above his head when he lit the fireworks?
