I'm too old to have developed a liking for hip-hop or rap on my own. And in fact I pretty much hate it. But I was forced to listen to a lot of it in the car when driving kids around and... well...

I kind of learned to like some stuff by the Beastie Boys, Will Smith, and Eve.

Glen Campbell's Rhinestone Cowboy and Southern Nights Albums. I also liked Steel Magnolias, Terms of Endearment, and I used to watch Seventh Heaven, Everwood  and Gilmore Girls with my wife. 

There I said it, what a relief !! Hate me if you must.

I've watched Steel Magnolias a lot.  I will not admit to liking it though, not even here..  but I love Dolly Parton and I'm not ashamed!
