Trying to find a movie Alien movie

If anyone can help that would be great.  I remember this one from when I was a kid, it scared the crap out of me (I was about 7)

it was about an alien invasion.  The aliens were ant like, but they had human faces.  The would run up the sides of buildings and in thru windows.  I don't know what it was called. 

I saw it in the early 80s, and the movie was black and white - So I think it was late 50s or early 60s.
