that 'classic' intro is probably the most bone-headed, dull sequence of 3 notes ever put together, and it doesn't improve much after that IMO

Most any of the newer stuff by System of a Down.
Their old stuff is good, but most of the material they've written in the last 4-5 years is just terrible.
I can't stand the singers voice. It grates on my nerves like no other.
Whenever a song of theirs comes on the radio, I instantly change the station.
It's like a weird combination of bad singing, polka, and metal.

of all the s**tty mainstream rock songs they played in the gym I used to go to this was the king.  It is so "alternative" it even has a sucky radiohead -ish melancholy keyboard thing.  the lyrics are like the lamest grunge I'm gonna kill myself not really variety.  he's NOT unwell, he's rich and has never been unwell

in short this is the worst song in the world

Pretty much anything by Pantera. I can't begin to describe how much I dislike these guys. In my opinion, they are the fathers of so-called "mallcore". From their derivative sound, to Phil Anselmo's laughable "tough guy" lyrics, they unfortunately became one of the biggest metal bands of the 90s. I have a friend who loves them, but hates Metallica, which to me is ludicrous. There wouldn't be a Pantera as we know it if it wasn't for Metallica.

Hehe. I've never actually heard Keel, but I assume you're referring to Panterrible's hairspray days. I didn't mention them because I thought it might be a bit too obvious in pointing out what a phony bunch of posers they are. Don't forget early Def Leppard as well. PROUD TO BE LOUD!!!

At the risk of making Circus angry enough to hunt me down and kill me... ANY song that charted in the early 1980s.  Culture Club, Duran Duran, Tina Turner, Def Leppard, Van Halen, Michael Jackson... it was a horrible time to grow up with a radio.
