I once saw an absolute  peach of a bad movie - the ' villain' was called 'Eddie the cat'  - I think it may have been called ' cruising high ' or something similar, I cannot find referrences to it anywhere - it really was that bad, anyone else know of this gem?

Could it be Cat Murkil and the Silks (1976)? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074294/  Under the AKA titles it says "Crusin' High".

Thanks , SPazzo_1493 , this does appear to be one and the same , and judging by the cooments on IMDB , it does appear I wasn't wrong about this 'Terrying ' portrayal of  gang voilence, I think it will make a nice christmass present for someone, sit back  and enjoy
