Help Me Find The Name of this movie

I need help to find the name of this movie. I am not sure on how old it is. I remember that the main character in the movie is a teenage boy named America. He has problems with committing suicide so he is sent to a special school where other teens have similar problems.America has therapy once a week.He had two other brothers, i am guessing they are his step brothers.They end up getting separated.When America starts attending the school he finds out that one of his brothers is also attending there. There is also another character,which i can't remember her name. She used to cut her self and sow her skin back together with a needle and thread.Please help me i need to find out the name of this movie. please
