During the Wolf Blitzer interview the boy said something about how his father told him to do that because it was "part of the show". I have a feeling we have a bigger douchebag than Kayne West on our hands here.

Rant coming....

This story makes me sick. I watched yesterday, in tears, waiting for that stupid freaking thing to come down. I have a 7 yr old so I couldn't help but think of him in this situation and.. well, it wasn't good.

If it turns out these whack jobs were looking to get another 15 minutes of fame they should be billed for the time and resources wasted by local and state police, rescue personal, Fuel for helicopters.. every.damn.thing.. then they should be fined big time for the emotional toll it took on the personnel who wasted their time looking for him.

Then, yes, there is more, they should be charged with filing a false police report, child neglect or endangerment, and never paid to do another damn interview on television again. I'm thoroughly disgusted by these people.

Its looking more and more like a hoax on the part of these "parents" When asked why he didnt come out the little boy responded.. you said it was to do it for a show.

Media whores is all they are. Shame on them.
