In regards to the website, I think there's some evidence floating around that it is owned by viral marketers.

It's viral marketing for the new Nightmare on Elm Street movie.  Note the "dream face" man's resemblance to Jackie Earl Haley.  Same eyebrows, same nose, same general facial shape.
