Old Horror Movie On Other Planet

I'm trying to remember a movie a saw a couple of years ago.

Do you know the name of the movie where you have these people who go to a planet where infected people live? After a while a train comes by and the people try to open the train and when they see these infected people they start throwing saw blades chopping of their heads.

If I have to guess I would say it's made late-70's, early 80's. Can anyone help me?

This sounds like "Ghosts of Mars" (2001), which is a sci-fi remake of "Assault On Precinct 13" (1976).
