I bought the DECREPIT CRYPT OF HORROR collection at my local Hasting's this week.  Last night I cracked it open and watched an incredibly low budget piece of shlock called CATHOLIC GHOULGIRLS - a silly film with a bunch of plaid skirt wearing, chain-smoking, overly cleavaged 30 year old school girls fighting off  a zombie invasion.

Then I skimmed over one called THE BEWITCHING, in which a hideous witch goes to Las Vegas, transforms herself into a blond beauty, and tries to have sex with as many "mortals" as possible.  Not much in the way of plot with that one.

Two down, 48 to go.

I think Catholic Ghoulgirls would probably be my first choice as well  :teddyr:  I keep meaning to pick up one of those 50 packs but just haven't gotten around to it yet.

The Burgomaster

You will surely find some terrible, home-made movies in this set.  Enjoy!
"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Note to self: must buy the Decrepit crypt of horror pack. :teddyr:

The Burgomaster

Both the DECREPIT CRYPT and TOMB OF TERRORS 50 Movie Packs contain many, many movies that look like they were made by a bunch of friends who had nothing better to do over a long weekend.  Poor camera work, poor acting, and zero budget.  These are some baaaaaaaaad movies.

Also, there's a MORTUARY OF MADNESS pack and a CATACOMB OF CREEPSHOWS pack. Same M.O. No-budget movies to the Nth degree.

Wait 'til you watch Terror Toons by the way. It's awesome. Some 30-year old porn stars with huge fake tits plays a virginal 13-year old girl. Brilliant!

I think the money would have been better spent on cigarettes, beer and lard.  You shall know the true meaning of pain before you hit movie 50, my friend.

Terror Toons was terrible!  The only thing that kept me sitting through it was I thought for sure there was gonna be boobs, but it never happened.  That movie is crappy and heartbreaking.

Sadly, I have already SEEN both TERROR TOONS and SUBURBAN SASQUATCH!  However, tonight I watched something called CRAWLSPACE - kind of a zero budget SAW knockoff, wherein a guy wakes up in a crawlspace beneath his vacation home to find himself at the mercy of  a serial killer who calls himself "The Director" who is making his own sick version of a reality show.  Not too dreadful.

Then I skimmed HIGH DESERT, in which case a psycho biker seeks vengeance on a gal who beat him at a game of pool.  When she is camping with her boyfriend and another gal up in the mountains, he crashes their little party and shoots to boyfriend, then rapes the girl.  her best friend escapes and joins forces with a member of the biker gang that had been shot and left for dead when he tried to stop his friend's rampage.  Pretty good shootout at the end of that one.

These two were both better than the first two, but that's not saying much!

It's terrible-ness is what give it awesome-ness!

It's probably already been mentioned, but what stores sell these gazillion movie packs?  I used to get them at MicroCenter or SunCoast, but Microcenter doesn't have them anymore and SunCoast is gone.  I don't want to order them online, I'm too impatient.

The best part about ordering online is going out to your mailbox each day - did it come yet?  Ooh, ooh...nah not today.  Maybe tomorrow  :teddyr:  Then that brown box with "Amazon" on the side finally arrives - oh happy day!!!

I've been looking for the South African made horror film House of The Living Dead aka Kill Baby Kill for ever and a day. I wonder if it's perhaps on one of these 50 packs?
