So today my wife goes to pick up her prescription at the pharmacy.  We had just picked up a secondary insurance that picks up what my normal coverage doesn't when it comes to co-pays.  These morons have the nerve to tell us that since our first insurance covers most of the prescription cost we still have to pay our copay.  Um...no we tell them but they go on to insist also that the secondary insurance is only used for stuff the first insurance doesn't.  Wrong again...needless to say after this I immediately went up the road to a pharmacy that confirmed that we were in the right.   We immediately transferred all our prescriptions over from the other morons.

I have zero tolerance for bad customer service on all levels.  I can admit when I'm wrong about something but when I am being told the wrong information to my face by someone who doesn't get it, I get really irritable.

So how about you, whats your latest experience with bad customer service.  It can be anywhere you'd like.

Once when the wife and I went out to eat at a local restaurant, I ordered a hamburger but forgot to request a side of mayonnaise when I placed the order. When the server brought the food, I asked for it at that time. She proceeded to walk towards the kitchen and then stopped to chit chat with some people at another table. She must have stood there yapping for five minutes before leaving. I was getting more and more upset because I can't eat my burger without the mayo, so I'm just looking at my food and waiting.

By this time she had forgotten my request because a minute or so later, I see her taking other orders and walking around on the other side of the restaurant. I watched her for another good three minutes to see if she was going to bring the mayo. I was just livid by this point. She finally glanced up and saw the look of rage in my eyes because she then rushed off to the kitchen. A minute later, a different server brought me the mayo. When we left, I talked to the manager, explained what happened and told her that I was leaving no tip for that server.

I was so angry that I swore to never set foot in there again. For a good year after that I did not give them my business.

Then one day the wife, her parents and myself went back. I decided to give them another shot. This time the server showed us to our table and then ignored us. Two different groups of people came in after us and got their orders taken by the same server before he got back to us. We were all so angry we just got up and left. We've never been back.

When places suck like that, I don't give them my business.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Right on Shadow.  I would have gotten up and left too.
