I think the Blob is a fair remake from the 1980's (and its not part of the Remake Explosion so the story was written in mind of the Fans) but I dont understand why its still on the list... :)

Thanks, REV, no quarter; I've seen all the films, each has their merits, PIECES is lurid, ARMY OF DARKNESS engrossing but silly, PLAN 9 only a little less absurd than TROLL 2 and TROLL 2 was intentional...  THE BLOB is the only one that might qualify as good..., so...

Although, I do love Pieces but the random martial art scene, the chainsaw in the elevator and the over the top surprise ending makes it an insanly bad movie that is entertaning... :)
